Cruelty of Sandy slams U.S., at least 16 dead













The U.S. death toll from Sandy now stands at 16 after police in Pennsylvania said an 8-year-old boy died Monday after he was struck by a tree limb in Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania.

Though no longer a hurricane, "post-tropical" superstorm Sandy packed a hurricane-sized punch as it slammed into the Jersey Shore on Monday. Obama can not do any think against the Sandy slams .

Microsoft on Thursday officially launched  Windows 8,   a major overhaul of its flagship operating system, as part of the software giant's attempts to stay competitive in an increasingly mobile computing landscape .
